Shipping policy

The temporarily 'free shipping' promotion on all orders is only available for shipments within The Netherlands

For orders under €50, we charge shipping costs, which vary depending on the country the order is shipped to:

  • Deliveries within Waddinxveen: Free

  • Deliveries within the Netherlands: € 4.95

  • Deliveries within Belgium, Germany & France: € 7.95

  • Deliveries within the UK and rest of Europe (EU): € 9.95

For orders with the payment amount of €50 or above we charge different or no shipping costs, which vary depending on the country the order is shipped to:

  • Deliveries within Waddinxveen: Free

  • Deliveries within the Netherlands: € Free

  • Deliveries within Belgium, Germany & France: € 2.95

  • Deliveries within the UK and rest of Europe (EU): € 4.95

Deliveries inside Waddinxveen (NL) will be delivered by us.

All remaining deliveries (letterbox parcel or package) will receive a
track & trace code to follow the package.

Deliveries are always carried out by one of these parcel carriers: PostNL, DHL or DPD.

 

Once you have placed and paid for an order, we will try to ship it the same or next business day.

Return policy

In short:

  1. As a customer, you have 14 days to cancel your order (report your return).

  2. After this notification, you have another 14 days to actually return it.

  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs from your home to the online store.

  4. Your refund should be processed within 14 days of receiving your return notification.

 

Processing:

  • After confirmation that we have received your returned products, you will receive a full credit.

  • If your entire order has been returned, you will receive a full credit, including any shipping costs.

How do I return a product?

To exercise this right, you can contact us by sending an email to info@fantassies.nl with the relevant order number and the product you wish to return. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

 

To return a product, please provide us with a track & trace code or proof of payment from the shipping company. The average cost for a return shipment is approximately €7.25 per package. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. ​

 

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. The refund will be made using the same method as it was made previously.
